Deb coordinates day-to-day aspects of Operation: Safe Child, a child-resistant safety package protocol testing program operated by GLM.  Deb oversees product testing schedules, assigning resources based on priorities, deadlines and quotas needed to efficiently finish every study.  She is also the primary liaison with senior citizen testing sites.  Deb also compiles test results, ensures the accuracy of the data, and assists in creating final reports for each study.

Deb has been with GLM since 2007, and in her personal time, she is very involved with her children and Sylvania Southview athletic programs.
